At Valkyrie Built, we work on a simple promise: We build high-quality Shopify stores that you will love. We back our work with a strict satisfaction guarantee.
The Payment Structure
Our standard payment structure is designed to be fair to both parties:
- 50% Deposit: Required to secure your slot and commence work.
- 50% Completion Fee: Due only after the final project review and approval.
The "3-Day Inspection" Guarantee
Upon delivery of the initial project (the "First Review" link), you have a 3-day inspection period.
During this window, you may review the design, functionality, and structure. If you are not completely satisfied with the direction and we cannot rectify it, you are entitled to a full refund of your 50% deposit.
How to Request a Refund
If you decide the project is not a fit, simply notify us via email within 72 hours of the delivery.

Intellectual Property
In the event of a refund, all rights to the design, code, and strategy produced by Valkyrie Built remain our sole property. The client may not use or publish any part of the refunded work.
